NOVA-2004 is a powerful ONU solution to provide high-speed Internet access for residential and business customers. Its 10G PHY delivers speed up to 8.5 Gbps downstream / 8.4 Gbps upstream based on 10 Gigabit PON fiber interface (EPON or XGS-PON). 10G xPON ONU allows MSOs to offer to their customers various broadband services such as telecommuting, HD and UHD video on demand, high-speed residential Internet access, interactive multimedia services, etc. 10G xPON ONU is an intelligent device with IPv6 ready which enables next generation networking without compromise. Its optional battery back-up lasts over 24 hours, following the FCC mandate.
