According to Article 31 of the Articles of Incorporation of the Company, the provisions related to the dividend policy are as follows:
The industrial environment of the Company is ever-changing and the Company is presently in a stable growth stage. The dividend policy shall consider the Company’s future capital needs and long-term financial planning to pursue sustainable operation. The Company adopts an excessive dividend policy and its issuance terms, timing and amount are handled according to Article 29-1 of the Articles of Incorporation. The Company establishes plans according to the future capital demands. When there is a surplus earning at the final account of a fiscal year and when the distributable earnings of the current year reach 2% of the capital, the dividend distribution shall not be less than 10% of the distributable earnings of the current year, and the cash dividend shall not be less than 10% of the total amount of the cash and share dividends issued in the current year.
